Communication Professional

A communication professional since early 2000's, for the past 25 years I have been implementing communication as a skill as well as a tool to deliver projects, campaigns and systems that were built on impactful execution models.

In 2012, I ventured into co-founding my first full service communication agency, Wordsmith. Since then I have led teams, grown businesses, built brands, and delivered campaigns impacting millions.

My work revolves around well thought, intentional communication. It begins with understanding where we are, where we want to be, and how will we get there. Between those points, I focus on creating communication systems that enable effective execution.

For more than two decades, I have helped organizations communicate through growth, transformation, and change. My work spans telecom, fintech, technology, space, FMCG, real estate, and the development sector, including mergers, national campaigns, financial inclusion initiatives, crisis communication, and organizational transformation.

Entrepreneurship taught me lessons no job ever could. I've built agencies, developed teams, won business, solved problems, navigated uncertainty, and learned how to keep moving when the path wasn't obvious. From helping build Wordsmith into an integrated communications agency to founding Orillium, every chapter has reinforced my belief in resilience and commitment.

We all live many lives. Some stay with us forever. Others shape us during a particular chapter. I choose to embrace them all.

WORKING WITH?

I learned early that life becomes easier when you focus on what you can control and let go of what you cannot. Stoicism reminds me to invest my energy where it can make a difference. Everything else is noise.

Photography helps me slow down. I see life in frames. One moment at a time. It helps me pause, observe, appreciate, and truly notice what's around me. The real essence of photography isn't in the skill. It's in the attention. And I enjoy it immensely. One day, I hope to spend much more of my life behind a lens, backpacking across the globe.

Football has been a constant since 1997, I have played as an attacker, midfielder, captain, coach, and now serve as a board member at my club. Football taught me discipline, teamwork, leadership, resilience, and how to stay composed under pressure. Many of life's challenges still appear to me as football scenarios. And that makes it easier to overe them. Sometimes, as simple as a pass.

I believe everything is achievable. For me, Strategy 20%: Execution 80%. Once I evaluate risks & scan scenarios, I make decisions and then make them right. I commit, I move forward with conviction. I see only solutions. And that is how I build & rebuild until the job's done. For me and people around me there is only one direction: forward! My progress comes from resilience, commitment and the power of doing!

"We are only as old as the number of times we have lived to implement a learning." Knowledge matters. But applied knowledge is what has truly changed my life. I'm constantly searching for new ideas, experiences, and perspectives. I learn from people, peers, circumstances, animals, nature and life. Every meaningful chapter of my life began with a lesson I was willing to act upon.
